The emotional labour of takeaways is creating a culture of inequality. And emotional labour is overlooked by managers. So I invited managers of delivery platforms to experience the changing emotions of delivery staff to value emotional labour. The different objects on the track represent the emotions of the delivery man during the delivery process.
